A Conversation with A Head of School on What Education Really Has Become.

Struggling in school doesn’t mean you’re failing at life—and this episode proves why.

In this conversation, I’m joined by Conrad Hughes, Head of School at the International School of Los Angeles, to take an honest look at where our education system falls short and how that impacts students’ confidence, motivation, and sense of success.

We discuss redefining what success really means, why grades and test scores don’t tell the full story, and how AI is beginning to reshape learning and personal growth. This episode is for any student who’s ever felt discouraged by school—and anyone interested in what education needs to become in a rapidly changing world.

MC and Keynote Speaker @ Netscout

On March 21, I had the honor of serving as MC and leading the SSF All Women in Tech Hackathon. During the event, I ran an interactive demo of various AI platforms, guiding students on how to effectively prompt each tool and make the most of what AI can offer.
It was an incredible experience to see what students were able to create by combining the power of AI with their own human intelligence to tackle real-world problems.
