My Story

Hello! I am Nika Presayzen, a high school student from Massachusetts with a strong passion for AI and technology. When I’m not exploring the future of tech, you’ll find me on the tennis court as varsity tennis player, windsurfing and sailing, or coaching tennis during the summers in Cape Cod.

I enjoy spending time on the water and staying active in nature, whether it’s through windsurfing, sailing, or simply being outside. I’ve also taken on leadership roles, founding two student clubs at different schools—one aimed at making tennis more accessible, and the other focused on encouraging kindness and promoting well-being. I value time with my family, especially being outdoors together, and I’m a big sister to a younger brother who’s passionate about soccer, tennis, and basketball.

Founded Say Hi to AI

Founded Say Hi to AI, an initiative dedicated to empowering students to explore artificial intelligence through curiosity, creativity, and community. I lead our events and keynote programs, and host our podcast, where we break down complex tech topics and bring inspiring voices in AI to the forefront.

Through hackathons, speaking engagements, and accessible conversations, Say Hi to AI is all about making emerging technology approachable, sparking innovation, and helping the next generation shape the future with confidence.

At Divergent Teams Boston, I serve as the face and voice of the event, leading sessions and activities. I facilitate a welcoming and engaging environment for all participants. I am also able to prepare and deliver opening, closing, and interim announcements. My goal is to encourage collaboration among participants and help with any learning challenges students come across during their hackathon experience.

Vice President at Shooting Stars Foundation

Shooting Stars Foundation

At Shooting Stars Foundation, I support the foundation’s mission to empower youth through STEM by organizing and hosting teen-focused hackathons throughout US. I help plan logistics, coordinate with local partners, and engage students in hands-on opportunities to explore coding, entrepreneurship, and real-world problem-solving. This work has allowed me to help create inclusive and inspiring events that spark innovation and confidence in the next generation of tech leaders.
